Three Bluebirds April 07 2016

Family-owned and operated, Three Blue Birds was launched in 2013 by husband and wife team, Lasse and Lynda Baldauf, in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. Lasse, who grew up in Finland, wanted to bring the idea of the eco-friendly, reusable Swedish dishcloth to the States, where paper towels and sponges dominate the kitchen and laundry room. The Baldaufs design and print their dishcloths in Connecticut—Lasse, a lifelong doodler, is responsible for the hand-drawn, whimsical patterns—using material (cellulose and cotton) from Germany.
