    Many of us at goop (GP included) have been searching for the answer to this question—and we hear the same thing from friends, family members, and readers: Regardless of how much sleep we get, why do we still feel so crappy?

    This protocol was spearheaded by the doctor we’ve relied on since the beginning of goop: Dr. Alejandro Junger, founder of the detox gold standard, Clean Program. Forever ahead of the curve, Dr. Junger’s expertise on the oft-misunderstood energy drain known as adrenal fatigue was invaluable to engineering a vitamin/supplement regimen that could help to actually rebalance the pervasively, perpetually overtaxed system.     Protocol: the mother load

Each regimen is designed to support optimal nutritional levels, promote general wellness, and re-balance your system. While not a cure/treatment/prevention of disease, these protocols can help address the four mind and body issues that plague most women we know. The questions below will help you determine which protocol may provide support where you need it most.
