How to Use
In your diffuser, mix lemongrass oil, lavender oil and cedar oil to promote emotional equilibrium. For radiant skin, apply a drop of lemongrass oil diluted with several drops witch hazel as a toner after cleansing. To soothe itchiness (from a bug bite, for example), massage 2-3 drops lemongrass essential oil into skin.
To make a potent anti-jetlag blend, combine 4 drops lemongrass, 4 drops cajeput, and 4 drops fragonia, and mix with 15 mL shea butter. Rub this jetlag blend over shoulders and the back of the neck before, during, and after travel.
For a soothing, balancing bath soak, add two drops of this essential oil to bathwater to balance the mind and emotions and energize the skin.
