Take a bath when you start to feel under the weather (it’s also super-helpful as you’re recovering, or even in the middle of the worst of it, but the idea is to start feeling better as soon as possible). Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath.
