NURSE! Under the Weather Bath Soak
The Salts & Minerals
Pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts and Baking soda
Mustard powder, Coconut oil, Mulberry leaf, and Chrysanthemum flower
The Essential Oils
Australian eucalyptus, Lavender, Australian tea tree, Rosemary, and New Zealand manuka
Take a bath when you start to feel under the weather (it’s also super-helpful as you’re recovering, or even in the middle of the worst of it, but the idea is to start feeling better as soon as possible). Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse, wrap yourself in towels or a robe and…get back into bed.
Caution: Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions, except on the advice of a physician (including pregnant or breastfeeding women). Keep out of reach of children.
