Coltellerie Berti for MATCH

White Insieme Cheese Knives, Set of 3

US $425.00

Each one of these knives is handmade from start to finish by a single craftsman in the Tuscan countryside about 25 miles north of Florence, Italy; the initials of the maker are subtly marked on each knife, a tradition hailing back as far as 1895. The handle is made of hand-polished white lucite, with a carbon and stainless-steel blade. This set includes three cheese knives: one each for semi-hard, soft, and compact cheeses. It comes in a beautiful wooden box, so it makes the most incredible gift.

  • Lucite handles, carbon and stainless steel blades
  • Compact: 6.8"; Semi Hard: 8"; Soft: 9"
  • Handwash in warm water, then towel-dry completely. Never leave these knives to air-dry
  • Made in Italy

About the Brand

Since its founding by David Berti in 1895, Coltellerie has not changed the design of its now famous knives. Run by the same family for over a century, the knives are artisan made in the Tuscan countryside—each with the artisan’s initials engraved on the blade.
