WHICH PROTOCOL IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Each regimen is designed to support optimal nutritional levels, promote general wellness, and re-balance your system. While not a cure/treatment/prevention of disease, these protocols can help address the four mind and body issues that plague most women we know. The questions below will help you determine which protocol may provide support where you need it most.

If you answer yes to more than three questions, the protocol is a good choice for you—if you answer yes to three or more questions on multiple protocols, choose the one that addresses your most acute need. You can easily transition to a different protocol in a few months (i.e., Why Am I So Effing Tired? to Balls in the Air, or Balls in the Air to The Mother Load.)

A COMPREHENSIVE VITAMIN AND SUPPLEMENT REGIMEN DESIGNED TO PROMOTE ADRENAL FUNCTION, MENTAL ACUITY, AND STRESS TOLERANCE.*

About the Brand

Determining which vitamins to take can be overwhelming: It’s hard to choose from a vast array of products, and there is a ton of conflicting information—plus, there are well-founded concerns about what’s actually in them, which range from whether supplements contain what they claim to, to questions about ingredient quality (and occasionally toxicity). This is too bad, as the modern American diet often calls for extra vitamin and mineral support—and we all deserve products that we feel we can trust.

At goop, we’ve built our brand by starting important conversations and turning to expert doctors and nutritionists in the field for advice and solutions. Not only are these experts on the cutting edge of what’s coming next but they work tirelessly in their fields on protocols to help as many people as possible. They understand what we need; they understand what works.

We’ve partnered with these practitioners to deliver health-defining vitamin and supplement regimens that address the needs of modern women. Clear your shelves of all those random bottles, because each of our daily packets contains the kind of support you are probably looking for.*
